ICWF fee of BRL 20 is mandatory for each visa application.

Fees, once paid are not refunded, even if the application is withdrawn or the applicant is found ineligible for the service for whatsoever reason.
The above fees are as prescribed by the Government of India and are subject to change without prior notice. The applicable fee will be informed to the applicant at the counter at the time of acceptance of documents.
