Revised instructions/guidelines on re-issuance of OCI cards

To streamline some provisions of the Overseas Citizen of India (OCI) scheme and ease travel of OCI cardholders to India, the GOI has issued revised instructions/guidelines on re-issuance of OCI cards due to renewal of their passports, and specified rights of the OCI cardholders.
