IMPORTANT NOTICE

Payment of Passport, Visa & Consular Fees

The Embassy of India in Brasilia will now only accept payments for Passport, Visa, and the Consular services via bank transfer. Cash payments at the counter are no longer accepted with immediate effect except only in exceptional circumstances.

IMPORTANT- Application has to be submitted physically in the same month of fees payment

Please ensure that the component of ICWF Fee will be submitted into ICWF Account and Passport, Visa, the Consular Services Fee and Sedex Charges (if applicable) will be submitted in Embassy Rias Account.

Important Instructions for Bank Transfer

When making the payment, please ensure the following information is correctly entered:
Particulars: Your Surname/Name
Code: Type of service (e.g. PASSPORT / OCI / VISA / PCC / RENUNCIATION / OTHERS)
Reference: Your Application File Number or ARN Number
(If applying for attestation, you may enter your current passport number)
Note: The File/ARN number is generated upon completion of online registration.

Additional Guidelines
● A printed copy of the payment confirmation must be submitted along with your application.
● If applying for multiple services, please make separate payments for each, using different reference numbers.
● Applications must be submitted to the Embassy within 7 working days of making the payment.
● All fees received in the Embassy account are non-refundable. Please ensure all information in your application is complete and accurate before making the payment.

● Embassy of India does not bear any responsibility of fees paid or documents submitted by clicking on any other website/portal or link received from unreliable sources. Applicants are advised not to fall in trap of unscrupulous agents or fraudulent websites/portals aiming to dupe visa applicants, who insist for online payment.
● The decision of the Embassy of India, Brasilia in this regard shall be final.
