Mandatory Requirement
- Online visa form with photo and signatures
- Passport – Original and Copy
- Yellow Fever Certificate (CIVP)
- Business Invitation letter from Indian Company
- Copy of Registration Certificate of Indian Company
- Sponsorship Letter from the company, if there is any
- Financial Standing (copies of last 3-month bank statements)
Additional requirement
Applicant may be asked to submit following additional document depending on the complexity of the case
- Address Proof
- In case of Foreigner, copy of Brazilian Visa/Residence Permit
- Copy of GSTN/PAN of the Indian Company
- Indian company turnover showing the annual revenue
- Copy of Earlier Visa of India, if any obtained during the last five years
- Copy of other passport or national ID in case of dual/multiple Nationalities
