Mandatory Requirement
- Online visa form with photo and signature
- Passport of country of domicile - original, and a copy (Visa can not be applied on UN Passport);
- Copy of UN Laissez-Passer if available.
- Note Verbal from the concerned UN Mission.
Additional Requirement

- Address proof
- In case of foreigner, copy of Brazilian visa/residence permit.
- Letter from India-based office of UN mission confirming position/job profile of the applicant
- Copy of earlier visa of India, if any obtained during last 5 years
- Copy of other passport or national ID in case of dual/multiple nationalities.
