Application from concerned Missionary giving confirmation that the applicant shall not be involved in any proselytization or propaganda campaign; and also taking full responsibility of the maintenance of the applicant, and arranging repatriation in case the need arises.
Copy of recognition letter of the Missionary.
Documents in support of qualification and experience of applicant.
Notarized undertaking by the applicant for not involving in proselytization or propaganda campaign.

In case of foreigner, copy of Brazilian visa/residence permit.
Letter from the local Missionary/organization confirming qualification and experience of the applicant, and statement on the purpose of visit to India.
Copy of earlier visa of India, if any obtained during last 5 years
Copy of other passport or national ID in case of dual/multiple nationalities.
