Family Visa (F)

For dependents of various visa category holders [other than dependents of Diplomatic / Official Visa holders]

Mandatory Requirement

  • Online visa form with photo and signatures
  • Passport - original, and a copy
  • Yellow Fever Certificate (CIVP)
  • Copy of air ticket for inward and outward journey to India

 

Additional Requirement

Applicant may be asked to submit following additional document depending on the complexity of the case

  • Address proof
  • In case of foreigner, copy of Brazilian visa/residence permit
  • Copy of earlier visa of India, if any obtained during last 5 years
  • Copy of other passport or national ID in case of dual/multiple nationalities

 

OBS: specific additional documents must be required depending on the primary holder visa type.
