The Council for Leather Exports (CLE), India, announces the 7th edition of the Bharat Footwear and Leather Expo (BFLEX 2026), to be held on 9 and 10 March 2026 at the India International Convention and Expo Centre (IICC – Yashobhoomi), Dwarka, New Delhi. The revised dates reflect feedback from international buyers and industry stakeholders, allowing the event to be organized on a larger and more impactful scale.

Formerly known as the Delhi International Leather Expo (DILEX), BFLEX has established itself as a flagship international sourcing and networking platform for the global footwear and leather industry. The previous edition generated strong business outcomes, with thousands of B2B meetings and wide participation from manufacturers across India.

BFLEX 2026 is expected to welcome a strong international presence. As of now, approximately 80 Indian companies have confirmed participation, while more than 230 overseas buyers have already registered their interest in visiting the event. The expo will feature a comprehensive showcase of footwear, leather goods, accessories, finished leather, components, machinery, safety footwear, and related products and services.

To encourage international participation, the Hosted Buyers Program will be offered to selected overseas buyers with demonstrated sourcing interest. Eligible buyers may receive complimentary hospitality, including three nights’ accommodation in a five-star hotel in New Delhi with breakfast, as well as local transportation during the event. Subject to approval and government support, return economy-class airfare (within prescribed limits) may also be extended. The program is designed to facilitate focused B2B engagement and meaningful sourcing opportunities with Indian manufacturers.
