The Embassy of India in Brazil is pleased to inform that the Trade Promotion Council of India (TPCI), with the support of the Department of Commerce, Ministry of Commerce & Industry, Government of India, is organizing the 10th edition of INDUSFOOD, from 8–10 January 2027 at India Expo Centre & Mart, Greater Noida (Delhi NCR), Uttar Pradesh, India.

Presented by its organizers as Asia’s premier food and beverage trade show, INDUSFOOD reaches its tenth edition in 2027. The 2026 edition brought together 2,278 exhibitors from 30 countries and more than 31,000 buyers from 116 countries across 15 exhibition halls, with on-spot business estimated by the organizers at US$ 1.5 billion.

The exhibition covers 25 product categories, including fine foods, dairy, rice, pulses and grains, dry fruits and nuts, beverages and hot drinks, marine products, frozen and ready-to-eat foods, organic and natural foods, ingredients and additives, Indian ethnic foods and private label. Alongside the show floor, the programme includes B2B meetings between buyers and suppliers, conferences and masterclasses on the Innovation Stage, and the World Culinary Heritage Conference.

The event is aimed at food importers and distributors, trading companies, supermarket and retail chains, wholesalers, food manufacturers sourcing ingredients, hotels, restaurants and food service companies, and private-label buyers interested in sourcing from India.

Under its Hosted Buyer Programme, TPCI offers selected international buyers accommodation in a 4/5-star hotel for three nights, airport–hotel transfers, reimbursement of airfare at a pre-fixed amount on the last day of the event, breakfast and lunch on show days, and B2B meetings with Indian suppliers. All benefits are subject to verification of credentials and approval by the INDUSFOOD 2027 Buyers Screening Committee.
