Vibrant Gujarat Regional Conference (VGRC) – Rajkot 2026

The Embassy of India in Brazil is pleased to inform that the Federation of Indian Export Organisations (FIEO), in collaboration with the Government of Gujarat, is organizing the Vibrant Gujarat Regional Conference (VGRC) – Rajkot, to be held from 8 to 9 January 2026 in Rajkot, Gujarat (airport code: HSR).

As part of this initiative, FIEO invites international buyers to participate in the International Buyer–Seller Meet, an excellent platform to connect with Indian exporters and explore a wide range of trade and investment opportunities across multiple sectors. The program aims to promote business linkages, strengthen global partnerships, and showcase Gujarat’s growing role as a key industrial and export hub.

To encourage participation, FIEO is offering several Hosted Buyer Program benefits for one representative per company, including:

  • Partial reimbursement of economy-class airfare (limit to be announced)
  • Complimentary hotel accommodation for 2 nights (3 nights for buyers from the American continent)
  • Airport pick-up and drop-off services
  • Pre-scheduled B2B meetings with qualified Indian exporters

The focus sectors for this edition are multi-sectoral, covering a diverse range of industries and product categories.

Interested Brazilian companies and businesspersons who are sourcing from India or wish to explore new partnerships are warmly invited to register their interest.
