The Embassy of India in Brazil would like to promote the “Bharat Tex 2026”, scheduled to take place from 14 to 17 July 2026 at the prestigious Bharat Mandapam, in New Delhi, India. Recognized as the world’s largest textiles exhibition, the event will showcase the complete textile value chain, bringing together sectors such as fibre, yarn, fabrics, apparel, made-ups and home textiles, technical textiles, synthetic textiles, and textile technologies. The exhibition follows the remarkable success of its previous editions held in 2024 and 2025 and is expected to attract a significant number of international exhibitors, buyers, manufacturers, sourcing companies, investors, industry associations, and policymakers from across the globe. The event is being organized through a collaborative effort between the Government of India, Textile Export Promotion Councils, and major industry associations, with support from the Manmade and Technical Textiles Export Promotion Council (MATEXIL), one of India’s leading export promotion organizations representing approximately 6,000 companies in the textile sector.

Bharat Tex 2026 will provide an extensive platform for B2B meetings, networking sessions, business matchmaking, technology showcases, and strategic discussions aimed at strengthening global textile trade and industrial cooperation. Distinguished overseas buyers invited to the exhibition will receive several complimentary facilities, including four nights of accommodation at a 5-star business hotel in New Delhi (from 13–17 July 2026), daily breakfast, free Wi-Fi, airport transfers, transportation between the hotel and exhibition venue, access to exclusive Buyers’ Lounges, invitations to networking and business events, and the possibility of factory visits or curated business meetings subject to feasibility. The exhibition is expected to play a major role in promoting India’s rapidly expanding textile and technical textile industries, whose combined exports currently amount to approximately USD 10 billion annually.
