Madhya Pradesh Tourism is delighted to announce that the Regional Tourism Conclave will be held in Gwalior on 29–30 August 2025. This two-day event will serve as a curtain raiser to the grand celebration of the Madhya Pradesh Travel Mart, scheduled for October 2025 in Bhopal.

The Conclave will bring together an esteemed gathering of national and international stakeholders from the tourism industry, including travel agents, tour operators, destination marketing companies, and media representatives. Participants will have the opportunity to explore Madhya Pradesh’s diverse tourism potential through:

• Cultural performances
• Panel discussions
• Business meetings 

Following the conclave, delegates will be hosted on an exclusive Familiarization (FAM) Tour to prominent destinations across Madhya Pradesh, offering them first-hand experiences of the State’s rich cultural heritage, wildlife, and natural beauty.
