The Embassy of India in Brazil is pleased to invite Brazilian stakeholders to participate in Bharat Telecom 2025 – An Exclusive International Business Expo, taking place from 8 to 11 October 2025 at Yashobhoomi, New Delhi, alongside the India Mobile Congress 2025.

Organized by the Telecom Equipment & Services Export Promotion Council (TEPC), under the guidance of the Ministry of Commerce & Industry and the Ministry of Communications, Government of India, the event is designed to connect global buyers with leading Indian manufacturers, software providers, and ICT service companies.

Bharat Telecom 2025 will serve as a strategic platform for international delegates to explore Indian telecom technologies, establish long-term partnerships, and engage in targeted B2B meetings. The event will also feature conference sessions, a dedicated ‘Atmanirbhar Bharat’ Pavilion, and exhibitions from some of India’s most innovative and competitive telecom and IT solution providers.

To encourage participation from Brazil and other countries in South America, TEPC is offering the following support to selected international delegates:

• Reimbursement of airfare up to USD 800 (economy class)
• Three nights of complimentary hotel accommodation in New Delhi, including breakfast and airport transfers (check-in: 7 October, check-out: 10 October)

Additional nights may be arranged at the participant’s own expense, and TEPC is available to assist with alternate hotel bookings if needed.
