International Buyer-Seller Meet (RBSM)

The Federation of Indian Export Organisations (FIEO), India’s apex trade promotion body set up by the Ministry of Commerce, Government of India, in collaboration with the Governments of Andhra Pradesh and Pondicherry, is pleased to announce an International Buyer-Seller Meet (RBSM) to be held in Kakinada, Andhra Pradesh during the second week of September 2025.

This exclusive event will showcase a wide range of high-quality products manufactured by the vibrant MSME sector in Andhra Pradesh, offering international buyers the opportunity to connect directly with trusted Indian suppliers and explore new sourcing opportunities. Key focus sectors include textiles and handlooms (such as silk sarees, embroidered garments, home décor), agro and food products (including mango pulp, rice, millets, spices, and dairy items), minerals and construction materials (like granite blocks, tiles, and barium compounds), leather and wooden crafts, pharmaceuticals and engineering goods, and a variety of other export-ready products such as incense sticks, stationery, marine and aquaculture items.

As part of its Hosted Buyer Programme, FIEO is inviting international buyers/importers to attend the event as special guests. Selected buyers will be eligible for several benefits, including:

  • reimbursement of round-trip economy airfare (from their nearest international airport to Rajahmundry, paid in cash at the venue upon submission of boarding passes).
  • three nights of complimentary accommodation in a five-star hotel in Kakinada (with all meals included)
  • pre-arranged one-on-one meetings with Indian exporters based on the buyer’s business profile
  • and full logistical support, including airport transfers and local transportation.

Interested buyers are invited to register through the official link by 21st July 2025. Please note that, as per current guidelines, only foreign nationals are eligible to participate under the hosted buyer program.
