10th edition of India Electronics Expo (INDELXPO)

We are pleased to inform you that the Electronics and Computer Software Export Promotion Council (ESC) is organizing the 10th edition of India Electronics Expo (INDELXPO), from March  19-21, 2025, in New Delhi. This premier event will showcase the best of India’s electronics manufacturing, innovation, and technology to a global audience.

Building on the success of previous editions, including the 9th edition held in 2024, which attracted over 600 international buyers from 80+ countries, the India Electronics Expo has become a key platform for connecting Indian electronics manufacturers with global buyers and decision-makers.

Key Highlights of India Electronics Expo 2025:

  • A comprehensive showcase of Indian expertise in consumer electronics, telecom devices, medical electronics, security systems, solar-powered products, and more.
  • A vast range of electronic components including semiconductors, active and passive components, and interconnect solutions.

The India Electronics Expo 2025 will offer overseas buyers an opportunity to explore high-quality, competitively priced products and cutting-edge solutions across the electronics value chain. The delegates need to fill the application form available at the event website www.indiaelectronicsexpo.com  

The event is supported by the Ministry of Commerce & Industry, Government of India, under the Market Access Initiative (MAI) scheme, and selected overseas delegates may benefit from our Hosted Buyers Program , providing assistance for qualified buyers with strong business potential.

Airfare: 

Under the Buyer Sponsorship Program, selected delegates will receive reimbursement of economy class air fare expenses upto US$ 1300 or the actual expenses whichever is lower (Example 1: If airfare is US$ 900 then only US$ 900 will be reimbursed. Example 2: If airfare is US$ 1500 then only US$ 1300 will be reimbursed.)

Complimentary Hotel Accommodation: 

In addition to reimbursement of airfare, the selected delegates will be provided complimentary 3 night’s hotel accommodation.  The selected delegates (one delegate per company) will be informed about their selection so that they can proceed to purchase their Return air tickets (economy class) to travel to New Delhi and back and share a copy with the event Team.  On receipt of copy of the ticket, ESC will issue invitation letter in favour of the delegate. The air fare will be reimbursed at the venue on 3rd day of the event.

Every selected delegate will be entitled to:

  • Reimbursement of expenses towards air fare.
  • Complimentary 3 night hotel accommodation.
  • Business Meetings /  Networking assistance at the exhibition
  • Complimentary Entry to the Exhibition  
  • Complimentary Entry to the Conferences 
  • Complimentary Networking evening
