The Coffee Board of India, a statutory organisation functioning under the Ministry of Commerce & Industry, in association with International Coffee Organization (ICO) is organising the 5th World Coffee Conference (WCC 2023) at the Bangalore Palace Grounds, Bengaluru from 25-28th September, 2023.
The International Coffee Organization (ICO) holds a high-level World Coffee Conference to enable discussion around critical topics for the global coffee sector and it is happening for the 1st time in Asia. WCC 2023 will bring together leaders, decision makers, coffee producing & importing nations, exporters, importers, leading coffee associations, global coffee experts, roasters from more than 80 countries to discuss, debate and collaborate towards building a sustainable coffee industry, right from bean to cup. Sustainability through Circular Economy and Regenerative Agriculture will be the underlying theme for the week-long event.
As part of this international expo, important activities like technical sessions, buyer-seller meet, coffee technology fair, CEO enclave, study tours and visits to important places for tourism are also planned.
The Embassy is of the view that, this would be a great opportunity for Brazilian companies and stakeholders in the Coffee sector interested in expanding their businesses in India.
