CAPEXIL is organising Mega RBSM / B2B Meet with the Indian Manufacturer Exporters and visit their Factories during 7th to 10th January, 2024 coinciding with Global Patidar Business Summit (GPBS) at Rajkot, Gujarat, India.

Mega RBSM an initiative of CAPEXIL which is poised to be an unique networking event between the Overseas Importers & Indian Manufacturer Exporters of Ceramic Tiles & / or Sanitarywares under the aegis of Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Govt. of India.

·         Date : 7 – 10, January, 2024

·         Venue : NEW 150FT, RING ROAD, RAJKOT, GUJARAT, INDIA

·         Around 200 Leading Importers of Ceramic / Porcelain Tiles and/or Sanitarywares across the Globe are being invited & around 190 Indian manufacturers and exporters will attend.

Tap the immense opportunities in India for both sourcing & supply; investment; technology transfers and collaborations and possibly many more.

This Mega RBSM will help bring together the foreign buyers and Manufacturers & exporters of above-mentioned items under one roof. Around 200 international buyers will be hosted at this event that will be held to promote networking and trade collaboration between selected foreign buyers and around 190 Indian manufacturers and exporters on a dedicated platform. This initiative is being undertaken as part of the Ministry of Commerce’s MAI scheme to boost the exports of the participating industries and hence all expenses pertaining to their travel and stay will be organized by CAPEXIL.

DELIVERABLES FROM CAPEXIL & GPBS TO SELECTED APPROVED OVERSEAS DELEGATES:

·       Reimbursement of to-and-fro Economy Class Air fare (subject to limit as per below) as per MAI Guidelines.

·       Hotel Accommodation for 5 nights (6th January to 10th January 2024) during the event in and around Rajkot, Gujarat, India

·       All meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner) will be provided by the organizer.

·       Local airport transfers, Guided tour to Morbi / Factory Visits. (group airport pick up/ drop and daily shuttle service from hotel to Exhibition Hall/B2B Venue and back)

·         Facilitate one-to-one B2B Meetings as many as possible

 ·       Interpreter Services wherever necessary

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

·       One Person from One Company will be allowed

·       Hosted Importers should not be related to Indian exporters registered with the EPC/Trade Body.

·       Importer applying will be of the level of Director/ Partner/CEO/Senior Executive/Sourcing Agent etc.

·       It is mandatory for all the foreign delegates to attend the entire event / all the activities to be arranged by the organizer.

·       It is not permissible to leave the Hotel / Venue without intimating the organizer.

·       Selection of buyers will be subject to approval of the special selection committee and respective Indian Mission.

·       Foreign delegates attending the event must NOT be Indian Passport holders.

·       E-ticket or Reimbursement will be provided from your City of Business of the respective country to Rajkot & back on economy class.

·       In some cases, organizer will cover part of the Airfare OR No Airfare (reimbursement will be done against submission of copy of the air tickets mentioning the fare amount, copy of the receipt indicating amount paid, Stamp of the Immigration upon entry, VISA copy, copy of front and last page of passport, including address as per passport).

·         SUBMISSION OF FEEDBACK IS MANDATORY (LINK FOR THE SAME TO BE PROVIDED IN DUE COURSE)

Air Ticket to be arranged by the selected Overseas Delegates on their own.

1)     Since the time left is too short, Council should be highly obliged for your kind cooperation & timely support towards a) finalizing the Importers / Sourcing Agents from your country of accreditation b) Issuing necessary VISA of the selected applicants on priority please.
