If going for journalism, prior approval from concerned Indian authorities/Embassy/Consulate.
If not going for journalism, an undertaking that applicant will not undertake any professional activity during the visit.
Letter from media house, to which the journalist belongs, stating the purpose of visit and confirming that applicant is not going on any official assignment.

In case of foreigner, copy of Brazilian visa/residence permit.
3. Copy of registration certificate of local media house
Copy of earlier visa of India, if any obtained during last 5 years
Copy of other passport or national ID in case of dual/multiple nationalities.
