Letter from the local media house giving details of the project, schedule, list of crew members, and synopsis of the movie / documentary to be shot in India.

Copy of registration certificate of local media house
Copy of earlier visa of India, if any obtained during last 5 years
Copy of other passport or national ID in case of dual/multiple nationalities.
