B-6 Visas (FILM)
Mandatory Requirement
- Copy of prior approval from the Indian authorities/Indian Mission/Ministry of Information & Broadcasting for international film projects* for filming the documentary/movie in India
- Letter from the local media house giving details of the project, schedule, list of crew members, and synopsis of the movie / documentary to be shot in India
Additional Requirement
Applicant may be asked to submit following additional document depending on the complexity of the case
- Address proof
- In case of foreigner, copy of Brazilian visa/residence permit
- Copy of registration certificate of local media house
- Copy of earlier visa of India, if any obtained during last 5 years
- Copy of other passport or national ID in case of dual/multiple nationalities
