We are pleased to inform you that in our continued endeavor to develop and evaluate newer trade and economic linkages between India and LAC Region, FICCI is organizing ‘India- LAC Cooperation in Edu 4.0’ (virtually) from 15th to 17th February 2023 with the support of Ministry of Commerce & Industry, Government of India.

Based on the feedback received from our Missions, counterparts, Indian Industry, and our secondary research, as well as immense response received during the first edition of this program, there is tremendous scope for Indian universities, Edu-Tech companies, and other educational institutions in the LAC region. Hence, we have decided to organize the second edition of India-LAC Cooperation meet in Edu 4.0. It is felt that engagement between India and LAC region can be enhanced more by imparting education & professional skills and mainly by enhancing the trade in educational services. As conventional trade in goods and commodities has its own challenges due to distance and other barriers, education is a service where India has grown substantially, also India has expertise in providing educational services and reaching the far-off areas.

Keeping this approach in mind, the 3-day, “India- LAC Cooperation in Edu 4.0” aims to offer a platform for education alliances between universities/ institutes/ educational service provider (online-offline both) from the two regions, joint ventures of knowledge, student and cultural exchange programs to contribute towards our educational & economic growth.

The component of the Edu 4.0 meet would be:

·         Focused Industry interaction between India and LAC

·         3-day Virtual exhibition

·         B2B meetings

The Indian virtual exhibition would comprise around 15-20 Indian companies from the Education sectors to participate in the exhibition.

Towards this, we seek your valuable support in inviting key business associations from your country and encourage them to bring their delegations (virtual) at this 2nd edition of India- LAC Cooperation in Edu 4.0 for increasing the B2B connect with our industry. The last date for registration is 25th January, 2023 from LAC countries and is complimentary for LAC delegates.
