Webinar on "Medical Tourism in Kerala with Focus on Ayurveda", 14 February 2022

As part of the Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav (AKAM) (celebrations of 75 years of India’s independence), the Embassy of India in Brasilia is organizing a webinar on Monday, 14 February 2022 at 0930 hrs (BRT) i.e. 1800 Hrs (IST) on the topic ‘Medical Tourism in Kerala with a focus on Ayurveda’.

The webinar will be addressed by H.E. Mr. Suresh Reddy, Ambassador of India to Brazil, followed by Dr. Jose Rugue, Ayurveda expert, Minas Gerais (“Overview of Ayurveda in Brazil); Dr. P.M. Varier, Managing Trustee, Kottakkal Arya Vaidya Sala - (Ayurveda as solutions to modern-day health challenges and support for the global health system-Role of Kerala); Ms. Margarete Mota, Ayurveda expert, Sao Paulo (Overview of Ayurveda products in Brazil); Dr. Divya S. Balachandran, Oushadi’– (Ayurveda products and its potential for exports abroad - Role of Kerala) and Mr. Baby Mathew, Chairman, Somatheeram Research Institute & Ayurveda Hospital Pvt. Ltd (Overview of Ayurveda treatment and holistic healing).
